Highly recommend and very impressed by the operating business standards here at Sure-Fit Security. I had a tricky restricted key duplication issue and was recommended Sure-Fit by ACE Hardware, and they were kind enough to spend a half hour on the phone with me debugging steps required to duplicate the (Mul T Lock) key, and also helped me save money and duplicate locksmith calls by outlining several plans based on our situation. All this consultation for no cost at all, acting on the faith that they will continue to have business based on referrals. Which has worked for them since the 1960s. You don't often find folks like this anymore. Thank you Sure Fit!!

THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING. We bought an old log cabin in 2020 and could not find ANYONE who could make a copy, because nobody had the right blank. Luckily, when I went to Silver Spring Ace Hardware, they referred me to Sure-Fit. The guy had to look up the blank in his master book, but they had it! I finally have copies of my basement key nearly three years after closing!

Do not trust their inspection of doors. They did an inspection on my landlord's condo door and said it needed replacing for such a small bent on the door. Attached is the picture. Their customer support said a small bent is indicative of the door's "structural compromise". I'd say this is indicative of their scam-like business practices. Don't believe me, then hire a private or state inspector and see what they say. I am sure you would notice a huge difference. In addition, they wanted to charge me $2.5k for replacing the door. 2.5x the market value. I am sure not going to do business with them when I become a landlord.
